When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address, and the details of what you bought. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored on our website.
When you join our email list: your email address, and your name if you choose to give it.
When you contact us: your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
When you leave a review: your name, your review and any photos you choose to upload.
When you browse our website: technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process, ship and deliver your orders, and send order and shipping updates
- Handle returns, refunds and customer service requests
- Send you a request to review your purchase after it arrives (only if you agreed at checkout)
- Send marketing emails, such as our welcome discount, tips and offers, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Who we share your information with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our store, and only as needed:
- Payment processing: Stripe , to process your payment securely
- Order fulfillment and shipping: our suppliers and shipping carriers, who receive your name, shipping address and phone number to deliver your order
- Email: MailPoet, to send order-related emails and marketing emails you signed up for
- Website hosting and store software: our web host, WordPress and WooCommerce
- Google: Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console and related Google services, to list our products on Google and understand our site’s performance
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): to show our product catalog and measure the performance of our posts and ads. We use the Meta Pixel on our website, which records actions such as viewing a product, adding to cart and purchasing, so we can measure and improve our ads
- Pinterest: to show our products on Pinterest and measure our ads. We use the Pinterest Tag on our website, which records similar actions for the same purpose
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or website.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to:
- Keep items in your cart and remember your checkout details
- Remember that you’ve seen our email sign-up pop-up
